Eligibility

Any competition run by Fora Space Limited (“Fora”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and Germany who are over 18 years of age, except employees of Fora, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with Fora and all its affiliate companies.

How to Enter and Entry Period

Please refer to the relevant promotional post for instructions on how to enter each competition run by Fora as well as for details on the entry period.

Prize

• Please refer to the relevant promotional post for details of the prize being offered by Fora.
• Any prize offered by Fora is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
• Fora reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.

Winner Selection

• The prize winner will be selected at random by Fora using the random number generator provided by www.calculator.net and will be announced on the date specified in the relevant promotional post.
• The prize winner will be contacted via the platform on which the promotion was operated, or via any other reasonable means. Prize winners must respond to notification of their prize within 48 hours, otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and Fora reserves the right to re-award the prize.
• Fora’s decisions in relation to all promotions and competitions will be final.

Publicity Release

By participating in the competition, participants grant Fora permission to use their full name, username, profile picture and any submitted content (such as photos, captions or comments) for promotional purposes without compensation, including, but not limited to, a winners post featured on the relevant platform on which the competition was hosted.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Fora will collect and use the participant’s personal information for the purpose of the competition and may contact participants for marketing purposes. Participants can opt out at any time by contacting Fora by email at [email protected].
• Fora will handle all personal data obtained in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. For more information about how your personal data will be processed, please refer to Fora’s privacy policy (www.foraspace.com/privacy-policy).

General Conditions

• Fora reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to cheating, fraud, or violation of these terms and conditions.
• Any attempt to deliberately undermine or damage the legitimate operation of the competition will result in disqualification.
• Fora reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or fraud.
• If the Prize provided by Fora requires access to any of our buildings, in order to redeem the prize, the participant must agree to abide by our House Rules (https://www.foraspace.com/fora-member-house-rules-uk), as well as any other reasonable rules or regulations we may communicate from time to time. Depending on the nature of the prize, the successful participant may also be required to sign a waiver or release of liability form, details of which can be procured from our team post notification of a win.
• Competitions run by Fora are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the relevant social media platform on which it was operated. By participating in any competition run by Fora, all participants hereby releases and discharges the relevant social media platform from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses arising out of or in connect with their participation in the competition.
• Participants acknowledge that Fora’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition and, to the extent permitted by Law, Fora shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries related to the competition and prize provided. This limitation of liability is in effect throughout the competition period and after its completion.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
