Any expressions defined in the External Meeting Room Terms and Conditions have the meaning set out therein unless otherwise specified.

Details:

  1. This promotion is only open to first time users of the Fora Services who are residents of the UK.
  2. This promotion will apply to any Bookings made through this contact form, using the discount code “Fora25”.
  3. The discount code is valid for all Bookings relating to the period 1st October 2024 to 31st December 2024 (the “Validity Period”) and cannot be applied retrospectively or to any Bookings outside of the validity period.
  4. Fora reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, lack of availability or fraud.
  5. All Bookings will also be subject to our External Meeting Room Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.foraspace.com/external-meeting-room-terms-and-conditions. Where there is a conflict between these terms and the External Meeting Room Terms and Conditions (together the “Promotion Terms”), these terms shall prevail.
