At Geoffrey’s, our Ground Floor event space, you’ll find a perfect space for seasonal parties, awards ceremonies or company events, while the adjoining café and prep kitchen can be used to serve guests delicious light bites and drinks. Head up to Floor 12 to discover The Beacon – a top floor space with a comfortable lounge and roof terrace, ideal for networking nights and mixers.

What’s included in the event space?

You will get exclusive hire of the event space and an experienced team to help you design and deliver a memorable event. This includes setting up our in-house AV with screen sharing through wifi, cable to projector or on a large TV screen. There’s also a clicker for presentations, in-house audio or speakers and handheld microphones. During the event itself, our team will be on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Do you offer discounts for charities?

Yes, all UK registered charities can enjoy a 15% venue hire discount.

Can I have items delivered before the event?

Yes, you can arrange with our events team to have small items delivered before the event. We just ask that you collect any deliveries within 24 hours after the event. Any deliveries outside of this timeframe would need to be agreed.

Can you recommend a caterer?

We use a selection of preferred catering companies, who provide an inspiring variety of bespoke food and drink options, from bowl food and canapés to breakfast spreads and afternoon teas.
