We’re excited to unveil The Jellicoe – our expansive new workspace taking pride of place in the revitalised King’s Cross neighbourhood. Comprising of 178,000 sq. ft across 12 floors, The Jellicoe will be our largest and most innovative space to date. Whether you love the buzz, prefer the quiet or enjoy being amongst nature, reshape your day at this people-focused workspace with the settings to empower your unique way of working.

And when it comes to locations, what could be better than having the thriving Coal Drops Yard on your doorstep with its excellent food and shopping hotspots? Plus, you’ll benefit from the enviable transport links at nearby King’s Cross station – Europe’s best-connected transport hub.

Step inside and start your day with a workout in the Restore gym on the Lower Ground Floor, then head to Geoffrey’s, the large communal space on the Ground Floor. With an on-site café and coworking areas, it’s the ideal place to make new connections and chat with future collaborators.

Working your way up, there are plenty of light-filled, coworking and communal spaces to inspire you. Need to pause for a while? On Floor 2 you’ll find our wellness suite complete with a dedicated Meditation Room, Prayer Room and Parents’ Room. Carry on to Floor 12 where there’s a standout event space, lounge, meeting rooms and roof terrace – everything you need for client catch-ups and team celebrations.

If being closer to nature is your thing, it’s right here. Step away from your desk to reset in the tranquil indoor garden. Or head to the surrounding Jellicoe Gardens for an oasis of calm. Both these gardens, and the building itself, pay homage to the renowned architect Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe.
